Houston-Mexico Memorandum of Understanding           

Houston Mayor Annise Parker and Dr. Bruno Ferrari, CEO of ProMexico, the trade promotion agency of the Federal Government of Mexico, today signed a memorandum of understanding to promote trade and economic development between the City of Houston and Mexico. The ceremony was held in the City Hall Rotunda on March 9, 2010.
