Hundreds of dogs showed up for the new dog park opening at Gene Green Beltway 8 Park in east Houston! The park is a first-of-its-kind park designed to be environmentally friendly and energy efficient. It includes the latest in energy efficient building design in the offices, restroom and amphitheater.  Inclusion of native plants is part of the landscape architecture designed to capture, re-use and conserve water.
