Harris County Precinct 2 Commissioner Sylvia R. Garcia kicked off her re-election campaign for Harris Commissioner Saturday by officially opening four campaign headquarters. Garcia made apprearances in Baytown, Pasadena, North Channel and Houston to prepare for the November election and meet with constituents.

The National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO) re-elected Harris County Commissioner Sylvia R. García for a second one-year term as NALEO President. NALEO represents 6000 plus Latino Leaders from every level of government across the United States.
